Primary
Multilingual teaching (French, German, English) is based on progressive immersion from the Year 1. Over 20 years' experience has shown that this type of learning reinforces the importance attached to the mother tongue.
The courses from 1P to 4P aim to establish the fundamentals that will serve pupils throughout their school career.
The dynamic use of information and communication technologies (ICT), linked to the implementation of the digital PER, is an integral part of the teaching approach from the second cycle (5P-8P). Over the four years, pupils learn to use digital resources (tablets, web, software, browsing) in a reasonable way, and become familiar with the basics of computer science (search engines, personal data, etc.) and how it works through an introduction to programming and robotics. They will thus also develop a critical approach to the media.
With the Positive Discipline label, the school encourages students to take responsibility for their actions, work independently and get involved in the life of their class.
Primary education is compliant with the Francophone Swiss Study Plan (PER -Plan d'Etudes Romand) and the digital Plan (PER Numérique -Plan d'Etudes Romand, Education Numérique).
From year 7, students can sit the different exams of the Cambridge English Young Learners series.
